Terms of Service

Last updated 3 October 2026 · Provided by RiseSation Establishment

These Terms explain the rules for using Wasl, the WhatsApp Business communication software provided by RiseSation Establishment.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of Wasl, a software service provided by RiseSation Establishment, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (“we”, “us”). By creating or using a Wasl workspace, the business (“customer”) and its team members agree to these Terms. If you use Wasl on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

2. The service

Wasl is software that lets a business manage its own customer communication on WhatsApp Business: a shared inbox, contacts and tags, team members and permissions, message templates, campaigns, automations and analytics. Features available to a workspace depend on its subscription plan.

Wasl is an independent product. WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.; Wasl is not owned by, affiliated with or endorsed by Meta.

3. Accounts and workspaces

  • Each business uses its own workspace. Team members join by invitation from the workspace owner or an admin.
  • You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for activity in your workspace.
  • Workspace owners are responsible for who they invite and which roles they give.
  • Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.

4. Connecting WhatsApp Business

A business may connect its own WhatsApp Business account to its workspace, with its authorization. Each workspace connects one WhatsApp Business number. The business remains the owner of its WhatsApp Business account.

The business must also follow the terms and policies that apply to WhatsApp Business, including Meta’s business and commerce policies. Some features, such as message templates, depend on approval by WhatsApp. Charges that Meta applies to WhatsApp Business messaging are separate from Wasl subscription fees, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Wasl to:

  • message people who have not agreed to receive messages from your business, or send spam;
  • send unlawful, misleading, harmful or abusive content;
  • break WhatsApp Business policies or applicable law, including privacy and consumer protection law;
  • try to access other workspaces, interfere with the service or get around its limits or security.

We may suspend access that puts the service, other customers or WhatsApp messaging at risk.

6. Customer data

The business owns the content and customer information in its workspace and is responsible for having the right to use it. We use that information only to provide and support the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Subscriptions and payment

Access to Wasl is provided under a subscription plan agreed with the business. Plan features, limits, prices and billing periods are those of the business’s current plan. If a subscription ends or is suspended, access to the workspace may be limited until it is renewed.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Wasl available and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Wasl depends on third-party services, including WhatsApp Business, whose availability is outside our control. We may improve or change features over time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Wasl is provided “as is”, and RiseSation Establishment is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by third-party services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending use

A business may stop using Wasl at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are seriously or repeatedly broken. A workspace owner can ask us to delete the workspace and its data, as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, unless a written agreement with the business says otherwise.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date. If a change is significant, we will let workspace owners know.

RiseSation Establishment, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Workspace owners can also reach us through the account contact they were given when their workspace was created.
